Who We Are...

We're here to serve you. We operate on a fee basis. Our fee is $35 per visit.

This does not include the cost of parts and/or software. This fee applies to troubleshooting and labor only. We boast a 90% success rate! Additional charges may apply after 90 minutes, (1.5 hours), after which time we charge $15 per hour for the next 2 hours, after which time the rate reduces further to $10 per hour. The greater percentage of our PC service calls require right at or less than 1.5 hours of service. Certain discounts may apply for repeat customers. This generally applies to word processing, desktop publishing, web development and home-tutoring customers. We certify a level of integrity that is unmatched in the industry!

We've pooled our resources and our expertise to bring a high level of technical expertise to the freelance marketplace. We simply know how to fix computers and fix them fast!
